Join the Decades Crew
We're hiring Kavatenders — friendly, reliable people who love good vibes and want to be part of Longwood's favorite alcohol-free lounge.
Open Position
Kavatender (Bartender)
What You'll Do
- Prepare traditional kava, botanical teas, mocktails, dirty sodas and espresso drinks
- Welcome every guest and walk first-timers through the menu
- Keep the bar clean, stocked and running smoothly
- Help host nightly events — trivia, drag bingo, open mic and pool tournaments
Who We're Looking For
- Friendly, upbeat and great with people
- Reliable, with availability that includes evenings and weekends
- Bartending, barista or kava bar experience is a plus — a great attitude matters most
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, community-focused environment
Why Decades
More Than a Bar Job
Decades is a community. Our regulars become friends, our events fill up every night and our team takes pride in creating a space where everyone feels welcome — no alcohol, no drama, just good vibes.
We're open 10 AM – 2 AM every day, so there are shifts for early birds and night owls alike.
